If you’re an Xbox user, you’ll be pleased to hear that Microsoft has released the new and improved free version of their Xbox Experience.

While there are a variety of new features, the most hyped would have to be the collaboration between Netflix and Microsoft. Users are now able to stream Netflix offerings directly through their console. Of course, in order to do so users will need to have a plan with Netflix.

Other new and improved features include the ability to create custom avatars, as well as Xbox Live Parties - a feature that lets groups (of up to eight) chat, play and share photos with each other.

Also, games can now be installed directly to the Xbox’s hard drive, which is said to make improve gaming performance by decreasing load times.
